While as a firm we are focused on cable, media, and wireless, there are no official practice areas and we actively recruit for and promote cross-functional collaboration. Our consultants work across disciplines and are experts in many areas.
We also work hard to create a workplace where our team members at every level feel appreciated, empowered, work alongside senior staff, get to be client facing and get individual attention. Though we have grown exponentially since our founding, we believe these philosophies continue to define our culture, drive strong morale and result in one of the lowest attrition rates in the business. This shared culture encourages our team to continually share thoughts, ideas and questions in a collaborative and encouraging environment.
